When will I receive my order?
We will take up to 24-48 hours to proceed after the order placed, your order will be ship out via Royal Mail Tracked 24™(trackable) or Royal Mail 2nd Class(non-trackable). You will receive your order after 2-3 working days including Saturdays.

What should I do if I did not receive my order?
If you have not receive your order after 7 working days, please kindly contact us for further assistant.

Can I exchange / cancel my order?
If you placed an incorrect order within 24-48 hours. please kindly contact us through email / our online chat box , we will issue the exchange / refund to you. Once the order have sent out, we are unable to do any exchange or refund.
